St. Luke’s Episcopal Church
is proud to announce Norman Bray is joining the St. Luke’s family. The
Ordination of Norman Bray on Saturday, June 2nd at Christ
Church Cathedral, Mobile, Alabama is to be followed by a reception at
the cathedral. Later at 6:00 p.m. there will be a celebration for Norman
Bray at St. John’s in Robertsdale, Florida.
Norman worked for 20 years in the automobile business
in Memphis and Mobile. In 2004 he graduated from the University of
Mobile. On May 16, 2007 he graduated from The General Theological
Seminary in New York City.
He is married to Eileen Bray and has two adult
children. He and his wife will be moving to Marianna where Norman will
be a deacon at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. They have purchased a home
in Indian Springs. Eileen is a women’s health nurse practitioner. His
daughter Emily is working in marketing with Regions Bank in Mobile. His
son Matt is a student at Bishop State.
Norman and his family are looking forward to moving to
the Marianna, Jackson County area. He will begin work on Monday, June
4th.
Norman will be Ordained to the Holy
Order of Priests in Christ’s One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic
Church, Saturday , May 3, 2008.
